Go Go Bird will be offering fried chicken tenders, spicy wings and fries with two signature sauces devoted to both teams – LA Salsa inspired by the Rams that packs serious heat, and a Cincinnati Chili inspired by the Bengals. The tailgate menu at The WeHo Sausage Co includes pulled-pork sandwiches, loaded “nacho” fries and burgers. They also have more than 100 beers. Only available for the Big Game, Pizzette by Nancy Silverton is offering a meat lovers pizza, topped with pepperoni, fennel sausage, guanciale and bacon, and a gorgonzola pizza with red onions, thyme, gorgonzola cream, local red leaf lettuce and radicchio.
Bar Louie has appetizers at the ready for the stay-at-home team, including their traditional wings; boneless wings; beef sliders; hot honey chicken sliders; Impossible, pulled-pork and salmon sliders, plus a trio dip. For the first time in their 50-year history, Dino’s Famous Chicken is doing Super Bowl Party Packs for take out or delivery on Super Bowl Sunday, which includes charbroiled chickens, and buckets of wings, as well as a variety of sides. Wings are marinated in Dino’s Famous Juice and tossed in Dino’s Famous Sauce, or go plain, with sauce on the side. A shaker of Dino’s Famous Seasoning will be included in all orders. Pre-orders are by phone or in person and will be available on delivery platforms the day of. Locations include Pico Boulevard, Pico Rivera and Azusa.

Not far from SoFi Stadium, the new ShoresLAX, with a 15th-floor rooftop and poolside view of Inglewood, will have craft cocktails flowing, and tacos on the grill. The chef-inspired tailgate menu is available all week and weekend. There’s Gameday Crudité, Tailgate Tacos, Touchdown Tomahawk (Go) for Two, and The Super Bowl, a “superfood bowl” with spinach, shaved Brussels sprouts, quinoa, roasted cauliflower, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, almonds and salmon. Open-air seating will be complete with three large-screen TVs on game day. . Reservations also are accepted. In addition, Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails – located on the hotel’s lobby level and equipped with four TVs and indoor/outdoor seating – will be offering a similar special tailgate menu with Game Day Nachos, Buffalo Cauliflower, Tailgate Tacos, The Super Bowl, Buffalo Paleo Chicken Fingers and game day drink specials.
Neighboring Hangar 18 Bar + Grill at LAX will be mixing up a special Rams-themed cocktail and a Bengals-themed cocktail on the game day menu, while the game plays on the screens. The Rye of the Tiger combines whiskey, honey and lemon with a Prosecco float, and the Get Ready to Ram-ble blends tequila with pineapple and lime juices. The menu includes pork belly pub fries and a vegetarian-friendly menu with crispy zucchini wings, tempura avocado, and game day chips and salsa.

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and Will Blackmon, former NFL player and founder of The Wine MVP, are throwing a rooftop luxury tailgate experience in partnership with Sonoma County’s Jordan Winery on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. Bar bites with an elevated twist will be paired with a selection of exclusive Jordan wines in celebration of the vineyard’s 50th anniversary.
